I made the change to EasyVend about 3 months ago. The big selling point was all the integration features EasyVend offered. When you’re out on the road all day it’s great to have a program, you can use to do the majority of work for you, whether it’s directing customers to my website to self-sign up, emailing out direct debit agreements & credit applications with only a few clicks.

The Xero Intergration is great, being able to get a real time snapshot of your accounts receivable really helps plan with cash flow.

My biggest fear about making the switch was that I’d be thrown in the deep end and have no idea what I am doing, however the support team has been absolutely AMAZING! They are always available and only too happy to help find a solution to make EasyVend work with my business or send a step-by-step email with detailed instructions on how to do a task.

The team have shown great initiative by constantly rolling out new updates and features to make the program and processes more streamlined & efficient. The team are always happy to take suggestions on board and see if it can be included in an upcoming update.
